Service Description

Barre with Britt is a 50 min class with a juicy warm up followed by a full body workout using body weight, hand weights, bands and more. Class ends with a cool down full of feel good stretches. Barre focuses on overall stability, core engagement, flexibility and strength. It is a great compliment to running, cycling, lifting, yoga, Pilates, walking, skiing, and aging. Barre is suitable for all fitness levels!
