Cancellation Policy

String Circus Studio Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To keep our classes running smoothly for all clients and instructors, please review our cancellation policy below: Class Minimum Requirement Each group class requires a minimum of 2 students registered 24 hours in advance in order to run. If a class does not meet the minimum requirement, it may be canceled, and clients will be notified. Any credits will be returned to their account. Client Cancellations Cancel your class or private session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Class and session fees will be charged for late cancellations. Failure to attend a reservation without canceling will also result in the full fee being charged. Instructor Cancellations If an instructor is sick or unable to teach, the class will either be rescheduled or canceled. In the event of cancellation, clients will receive a full class credit. Inclement Weather Cancellations If the studio has to close due to inclement weather, we will notify all clients registered at least 2 hours prior to their booking and class/session credits will be returned to their accounts. Exceptions We value fairness but also consistency. Exceptions may be made at the studio’s discretion for emergencies.
